Booking Terms & Conditions
1.
Introduction
Kaden Group of Travel Companies (Kaden Golf, Kaden Holidays, Kaden Weddings, Kaden Sports, Kaden Transfers) is a trading name of Kadensa Golf Turizm Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with registered office at Gebilzi mahallesi, Termessos bulvarı no: 61/10 Muratpaşa / Antalya / Turkey (“we”, “us” or “our”), registered with the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce in Antalya under registration number 100127, licensed by Ministry of Culture & Tourism of the Repıblic of Turkey (Kaden Golf Travel Turizm Seyahat Acentası, TÜRSAB no: 11044). Our VAT registration number is 4860882429. References to “you” and “your” in these terms means you, the customer and any other person in your party.
We act as Tour Operator and Grounding Service in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf including but not limited to flights, hotels, transfers, greenfees, golf shuttles, sport camps, events and weddings (“Travel Service”).
Your booking through us (either online, via email or telephone) is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the specific booking conditions.
2.
Booking
By making a booking with us, you agree that:
A.
All passenger details on the booking are full and accurate (please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport, dates of birth of children are correct and not over maximum age for free child place);
B.
You have read all the terms and conditions set out on this webpage and agree (on behalf of yourself and all other persons named on the booking) to be bound by them;
C.
You have read our Personal Data Protection & Privacy Policy and confirm that you will provide our Personal Data Protection & Privacy Policy to each named person on the booking;
D.
When making a booking, you are over 18 years of age, and where placing an order for services with age restrictions, you declare that you and members of your party are of the appropriate age of purchase for those services.
We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled passenger details, email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number or credit card number.
Confirmation of your chosen Travel Service(s) will be conditional on you making such initial payment as is agreed by us, or payment in full, including applicable fees and charges. Your booking is confirmed and a contract between you and us will only exist when we send you confirmation by e-mail, which contains a valid reference number (“Booking Confirmation”). Please check your Booking Confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately where we will try to assist you. If you want to cancel or change your booking later, you may have to pay amendment or cancellation charges. These can be the full price of the Travel Service(s) booked.
Please note that booking requests for hotel accommodation, transfers, green fees and golf packages can take up to 6 working days to process. Booking requests for sport camps, events and wedding organisations can take up to 10 working days to process.
A booking is only confirmed when we send you a Booking Confirmation with a valid booking reference number for each Travel Service.
In any instance, where multiple bookings are made, they shall not constitute a “group” booking. Unless bookings are all made under the same booking reference, they will be treated independently (i.e. as separate individual bookings).
Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking. You should then confirm your requests in writing. Whilst every effort will be made by us to try and arrange reasonable special requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. The fact that a special request has been noted on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation or that it has been passed on to the supplier is not confirmation that the request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part unless the request has been specifically confirmed. We do not accept bookings that are conditional upon any special request being met.
3.
Residency
We offer our low rates on the basis that customers are resident in the UK and/or EU. Citizens of other countries may not be eligible to stay at that particular rate. We may contact you prior to departure date to ask for evidence of residency of customers travelling. You must contact our Customer Service team in this instance within the stated time frame, with such information in order to confirm that the rates are eligible for all the customers travelling. We cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to these issues.
4.
Payment
Your Booking may be cancelled if you fail to make payment on time and you will be liable to pay cancellation charges.
In parties of two or more people, the Lead Name accepts responsibility for making full payment for all members of the party including cancellation and amendment charges. We will address all vouchers and other information to the Lead Name, who is responsible for ensuring that the other members of the party are kept fully informed.
If you have chosen the option to spread the cost of your booking(s), all instalments must be paid by the date specified at the time of making the booking. If full payment is not received (for whatever reason) by the Balance Due Date, we may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in our booking conditions. In the event of non-payment, the booking(s) may be cancelled – please refer to the cancellation policy. It is always your responsibility to ensure your balance is paid by the Balance Due Date.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), via Mail Order or payment link, and also with Bank Transfer to our official company account.
We do not charge you a fee for using your credit card, however your bank or card issuer may apply an additional foreign transaction fee.

Cards are accepted subject to security and fraud checks, and we reserve the right to reject/cancel your Travel Service(s) should your booking request fail any element of these checks.
Payment for incidental extras (e.g. refreshments from mini bars, telephone charges etc.) has to be made directly (in the transfer, in the hotel, to golf club house) when you check out. Please notice that food & beverages in Golf Clubs are not included in an All Inclusive concept unless specifically mentioned.
5.
Price Changes
We may change the advertised price of any Travel Service(s) from time to time. We try hard to make sure that the advertised price is the most up-to-date price, but prices can change at short notice. The best way to obtain the actual price is to send us an enquiry, we will then confirm the actual price and booking conditions.
6.
Making changes to your Booking
If you want to change any aspect of your Booking after we have sent your confirmation, we will do our best to help. However, it will always depend on the conditions of your reservation, and might be a subject to additional surcharge.
Early booking reservations are prohibited to any changes including but not limited to; name changes, number of guests, dates, room type etc. Early booking reservations are non-refundable.
7.
Cancellations by you
You may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure upon payment of a termination fee as set out below.
In the event that you do cancel your booking, and the deposit you have paid does not cover the cancellation charges set out in this paragraph, you must pay any difference between the amount you have paid and the cancellation charge applied. In accepting these Terms & Conditions you give your authority for us to automatically charge the payment card used by you when securing the booking (or any other card used by you in connection with this booking) at that time.
If you are forced to return home early, we cannot refund the cost of any travel arrangements you have not used. Depending on the circumstances, your travel insurance may offer cover for curtailment and we suggest that any claim is made directly with them.
Cancellation conditions:
Accommodation: Cancellation charge will depend on whether you have booked a refundable or a non-refundable product. Cancellation charges will be specified to you at the time of booking. You should check your Booking Confirmation and any documentation for details of your specific cancellation terms.
Non-Refundable products may have been paid for in full at the time of booking and no refunds are given in the event of cancellation.
Transfers: 100% of the value of the transfers is non-refundable from the point of booking.
Golf Green fee & Golf Shuttle: 100% of the value of the green fee & shuttle is non-refundable from the point of booking.
In case of no-show 100% of the value of the reservation is non-refundable.
All requests to cancel must be submitted by us, you will be made aware of any cancellation charges and you must agree to these charges in order to proceed with the cancellation.
8.
Cancellations by us
We aim to provide your holiday as booked, but we do reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time, if:
- You have not paid us sum due for your holiday
If we cancel your holiday for this reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid. We will not pay you any compensation.
- We can no longer provide the holiday as a result of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances
If we cancel your holiday for these reasons, you can either (i) have a credit note (voucher) for the money that you have paid, to make new booking with us to the same hotel to alternative dates; or (ii) accept an alternative holiday to the same hotel for different dates from us, if available (we will not refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). We will not pay you any compensation or make money refund.
- We reasonably believe that there has been a fraudulent payment or a booking has been made for fraudulent or illegitimate purposes
If we cancel your holiday for this reason, we will refund any money paid to the card which was used to purchase the holiday. We will not pay you any compensation.
- You owe us money (other than the sums due for this holiday)
If we cancel your holiday for this reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid. We will not pay you any compensation.
If we cancel your holiday for any reason other than those detailed above (although we will not cancel your holiday other than in the circumstances that are out of our control) you can either (i) have a credit note (voucher) for the money that you have paid, to make new booking with us to the same hotel to alternative dates; or (ii) accept an alternative holiday to the same hotel for different dates from us, if available (we will not refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). We will not pay you any compensation or make money refund.
9.
Checking in and out of the Accommodation
Accommodation has to be cleaned after the departure of previous guests and will, therefore, normally only be accessible after 2 pm. This will, however vary by hotel and individual arrival.
If you plan to arrive at your hotel before this time and require immediate access to your room, it will have to be booked from the previous day.
On arrival at your hotel, you will be required to register.
To allow the hotel to clean the room before the arrival of other guests, you must check out of your room before 11 am on the last day of your stay. This will, however, vary by Hotel.
If, for whatever reason, you do not turn up at the hotel on the arrival date stated on your accommodation booking voucher without prior notification to us, you or any member of your party will not be entitled to any refund.
10.
Flights
When booking a flight, we will act as your adviser to find the most suitable flight options according to your criteria. You will be subject to the airline's terms and conditions which you must refer to on the relevant airline's website. You are advised to read these carefully prior to requesting us to book your flight. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into with the airline, or their acts or omissions, or for the flight service itself.
The airline will provide a booking confirmation directly to you by e-mail and we will be unable to access or alter your booking. Any amendments to your booking must be made by you, directly with them.
You must reconfirm your flight details within 48 hours of departure by checking your airline's website for any travel updates, including any possible schedule changes or cancellations. If your flight time has changed, please ensure you travel to the airport with enough time to accommodate this change. If you have transfers booked you must also notify us of these changes.
11.
Golf
When booking green fee or golf package (accommodation + green fee), knowledge of golf etiquette and the rules of golf are expected by all members of your group. Many golf courses will require handicap certificates at check-in and we cannot be held responsible if you fail to carry this with you.
Unless otherwise stated, all golf courses we reserve for you require all players to have soft spikes and wear suitable golfing attire, including tailored shorts or trousers, socks and a golf shirt with a collar. We cannot accept any responsibility if any of your group is not allowed to play due to their attire.
Exact tee times are subject to availability at time of booking.
Golf courses reserve the right to make changes to your tee times where they see necessary. If a golf club does cancel or change your tee time, we will endeavour to find you a suitable alternative.
Over seeding schedules, course maintenance and operating times may be changed by the golf courses without prior notice which may affect your tee times and/ or dates of play. These changes do not entitle you to cancel an already booked holiday.
Apart from scheduled over seeding, continuous maintenance of fairways, greens and tee boxes is an essential part of course presentation. We cannot be held liable for the impact of such work on your game.
All tee times are booked as 4 balls by the courses. Golf courses in the region do get very busy, and some courses may pair you up with other golfers during peak season.
The availability of buggies and trolleys varies by course and we cannot accept responsibility for the delivery of these services. Depending on weather conditions either buggies or trolleys may be restricted to cart paths only, 90 degree rule or not allowed at all.
12.
Transfers
Private transfer is a customised service for individuals, families and groups. According to the number of guests, a car, a van, minibus or a bus can be arranged and the prices are determined per vehicle reserved. This is not a shared service, so a direct and fast drive is arranged. Types of transfers we arrange: private airport transfer, private area transfer (between hotels), golf shuttle.
If you booked airport transfer with us (transfer only or as a part of the package) we will provide a meet & greet service on arrival in the relevant terminal of Antalya Airport, according to your landing time.
If your arrival and/or departure flight is delayed or cancelled please inform us by sending an email in advance.
If your arrival flight is delayed your driver will be notified with a new arrival time (as long as we are notified of the delay).
If you have any special requirements (such as baby seat, booster seat etc) please mention this in your enquiry, this will be added to your confirmation subject to availability.
13.
Weddings
Prices for wedding packages announced on our web site are approximate prices.
We create tailored wedding packages for each couple, and the final price depends on date, number of guests, venues, menu, beverages, decorations etc.
Booking, payment and cancellation terms & conditions are individual for each wedding package and will be stated in the Wedding Planner Agreement.
All payments made for wedding package are non-refundable. If payment was made earlier, than Wedding Planner Agreement signed by both sides, it means that you agreed to all terms & conditions of Wedding Planner Agreement automatically and equal to signing of Agreement.
By making payment and / or signing Wedding Planner Agreement you accepting all our terms & conditions regarding (included, but not limited to) the main budget and additional requirements, payment plan, organization, decorations, catering, accommodation, amount of guests, services provided etc.
14.
Sport camps
Prices for sport camp packages announced on our web site are approximate prices.
We create tailored sport camp packages for each team, and final price depends on date, number of sportsmen and staff, accommodation, hotel, training program etc.
Booking, payment and cancellation terms & conditions are individual for each sport camp package and will be stated in the Sport Camp Agreement.
15.
Responsibility
We only supply our services for domestic, non-commercial and private use. We do not therefore accept liability for any business losses (e.g. loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity).
We also accept no responsibility for the behaviour or actions of third-parties related to your accommodation, transfer or flight, or for any facilities/services withdrawn as a result of their actions.
All of our customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, your behaviour or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any of our other guests or any third party or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation, we reserve the right to terminate your booking with us immediately. In the event of such termination our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation or other service immediately. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party. No refunds for lost accommodation or any other service will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination. You and/or your party may also be required to pay for loss and/or damage caused by your actions and we will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to accommodation provider or other supplier prior to departure from the hotel. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you. We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.
16.
Travel Advice: visa, passport and health requirements
We recommend you check general visa, passport, health and safety information prior to booking.
Requirements may change and you are therefore strongly recommended to check the up to date position from the Passport Office, appropriate embassy or consulate or your doctor as applicable prior to booking and in good time before departure.
You confirm that all members of your party are residents of the country you mentioned and hold passports valid for at least 6 months after the duration of the Travel Service you choose to purchase.
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return home in the event of an accident or illness.

18.
(Further) correspondence and communication
By confirming a Travel Service(s), you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your Trip (Reservation) and destination, (ii) an email after arrival to rate the (experience with your) Trip Provider and the Trip Service, and (iii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form. 19.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Booking Terms and Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by Turkish law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the Courts of the Republic of Turkey.
